Your Drains Is Your Enemies

Lots of flies seen all over this restaurant kitchen.  Sanitation was average.  But the drains?  Several of them had standing water sitting on top.  But how can standing water sit while it's standing?

We pop off them lids, and word, we have issues.  It's ugly.  Somebody making soup?

Yes, this is your reality.  How often do you clean your drains?  Have your ever cleaned your drains?  Do you even know that you have drains?  Do you know what the word "clean" means?  How many fingers am I holding up?  Sir, I'm going to need you to calm down and answer the questions.  Drop the souffle and put your hands up.
